It is undoubtedly a well priced and well-appointed option when in Singapore. The property is spotless; good value for money rooms; comfortable bed. Efficient personnel is especially the manager who helped us in guiding to many locations. You can relax in local cafes and restaurants nearby.

Reasonably priced and well-appointed accommodation with convenient setting close enough to airport, public transport, restaurants, bars, shops and East Coast Park, eating place and coast.

Really enjoyed how the new-fashioned triple room with a view was arranged when we arrived. The hotel had an excellent location only a short distance to Geylang Serai. Further, it was just off Singapore, Gardens by The Sea, and bus station.

All you need for one night in Singapore. The units are neat with double bed. When I am in Singapore, I like staying here.

The unit we got was modern with a laptop as well as double bed. The location was particularly good and strategic, just close to Geylang Serai.

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short getaway. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary room upgrade, which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The hotel's location was also a big plus, with plenty of delicious restaurants nearby to explore. Despite some minor navigation issues, I was able to find my way around with the help of Google Maps. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

when i tried to check in after booking 4 months ahead i was told my room was not avalabile.i find this unsatisfatory and rude fragrance hotel never again

The hotel location is near to transport access. MRT is just few minutes walk. There are many choices of food stores nearby.

The room is quite small and no window. There is no curtain on the bathroom.

I recently stayed at Ibis Budget Joo Chiat in Singapore for a few days. The receptionists were friendly and approachable, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond by asking if I needed anything even when I didn't ask for my room to be cleaned. The room was exactly like the photo, clean and comfortable. The toilets were also kept clean and well-maintained. The hotel is located in a nice area with local food and markets nearby. I was impressed with the cleanliness, helpful staff, and convenient location.

The stuff was best & efficient. The double room I got was included with a laptop and Budget value plus a Twin bed. The service was good, including a smooth check-in. The location was convenient, within a close distance from Geylang Serai New Market. A good choice of food for breakfast, everything was local.

By and large, it was good home base for sightseeing in Singapore, had much fun and met really helpful staff that did my check-in and check-out. It was brand-new, a decent size and where even working on a laptop must be done on the bed. Could use a kettle, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The location was particularly good, close to Geylang Serai.

In overall, the place is wonderful, has very very helpful staff that did my check-in and check-out. The room is a nice size and brand-new with a view, the hotel features a karaoke bar onsite. The location is exceptionally nice, 1 mile from Geylang Serai New Market. I would still consider staying here again, no reason to complain, thoroughly enjoyed this property.
